Southcote Residents Association is a mix of tenants and private residents and is one of the larger associations. It covers: Southcote Lane, Silchester Road, Kintbury Walk, Fawley Road, Shepley Drive, Stapleford Road, Restwold Close, Sylvan Walk, Circuit Lane, Hatford Road, Glenon Close, Lytham Close, Wynford Close, Brimpton Road, Brunel Road, Byefield Road, Ashampstead Road, Frilsham Road, Coronation Square, Virginia Way, Gainsborough Road, Bute Street, Florian Gardens, Worcester Close, Faringdon Walk and Sulham Walk.

This association is one of the most active in RFTRA. They campaign actively and have in the last year been instrumental in installing security lighting for tenants, taking senior citizens on a coach trip to the coast and organising a funday. The Association has also been integral in getting extra seating, extra lighting, rubbish bins and dog bins installed. There are a variety of shops and public houses, mainly in Coronation Square. Southcote has a good library, an Advice Shop and a Community Centre which houses SITE (Southcote IT Experience) – A community resource that won the UK Online Award.
