Lower Caversham Community Association covers: Washington Road, Gosbrook Road, Ardler Road, Hardy Close, Southview Avenue, St. John’s Road, Marsack, Nelson Road, Montague Street, Send Road, Kings Road, Queens Road, Coldicutt Street, Mill Road, Champion Road and Piggotts Road. This is a mostly private residents association.

There are a few corner shops and St. John’s Church in this area. There is also The Fairview Youth and Community Centre in George Street and a light industrial estate to the rear.

This Association does not presently have it’s own website.
